Candlelight yoga enhances relaxation to calm the nervous system and improves insomnia, anxiety, and stress. This class will help you feel at ease with slow breathing and gentle movements. This practice will conclude with restorative poses. Props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Sound Healing uses specific instruments to create a vibration that heals the mind, body, and spirit by relaxing the nervous system. Frequencies create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes relaxation and an emotional release.
